Well the City of Fate has drawn their line in the sand. A notice has been posted in the Current Developments section of the City's web page. If you don't pay your water bill by the 25th of the month they'll turn off your water.
Wow the economic times must be hitting the City. No warnings??? Only a a 10 day window till they shut off your water???? That is absurd! Especially seeing how reliable the post office is in Fate!

I just got my August water bill and my water usage increased by 120,000 gallons. We had a $560.00 water and garbage bill. I admit to watering my lawn, but I would have my own pond with water usage like this. Something is foul with this. My electric bill also doubled in a month. I can't afford this and nothing changed in my usage practices to justify these increases. They have you held hostage and there is nothing you can do about it.
